The winner of our Twitter contest last week was Nicole; here are her answers to our questions! Next month we’ll have details on how you could be our next featured follower!

- First of all, introduce yourself! Who are you, what do you do, and where can we find you on the interweb?

• My name is Nicole and I am a 22 year old from Denver CO. I’m currently in school working towards my bachelors with a biology major and a spanish minor. I’m on facebook (nicole.reed@email.cudenver.edu) and twitter @nicolemarie1987 but i’m still trying to get used to it. I am on tumblr, but I’m working on vamping that up still.
  
  

- Now, let’s talk about LOST! How did you get into the show? Did it click right away, and if not what was it that made that click happen?

• I started watching lost in January of 2010. I had heard about it years ago, but also heard it was confusing and was warned that I can’t just jump into it, so I didn’t. Then, my friend Jess forced me to watch the first few episodes. I was hooked. I am now on the last episode of season 5 (It is KILLING me to hold back from watching it, but Jess is catching up too and I’m not allowed to watch without her.) To be honest, I think it clicks. But at the same time, it is VERY possible that I am VERY wrong. PS - I REALLY hope that y’all don’t feel like this was a wasted interview ;)

- What do you think was the most shocking moment?

• Wow, I cannot even pick one. Having just seen Sayid shoot little Ben, that is definitely in my head, and I was super shocked by that. And Michael’s little freakout shooting Ana Lucia and Libby threw me for a whirl. But those are both silly trivial things I think. Every 5 minutes I am shocked by something in Lost.

- Where do you stand on Team Jack/Team Locke; Ben/Widmore; Jacob/MIB?

• Well, this whole Jacob/MIB thing is wasted on me… I have NO idea about that yet. I’m going to be on Widmore’s team and Locke’s Team. But truely, perhaps those are wasted questions on me too. I’m only chosing Locke right now because at the point in the series that I am, Jack is SUPER annoying. and I’m chosing Widmore because I have never trusted Ben.

- Have you ever had a theory that seemed crazy at the time but turned out to be true?
- Favorite character and why? Least favorite character and why?

• Favorite: Tie between Sayid and Sawyer. Sawyer because I love his transition from asshole to hero. And his nicknames for people are absolutely one of my favorite aspects of the show. Ben being called Yoda? Awesome. And Sayid because I feel like he has never given me a reason NOT to trust him.

- If you had to have one character who is still alive die, who would it be and why?

• Kate. Not really, she’s just annoying with the whole “I want Jack and Sawyer and won’t make up my mind because I’m selfish” thing she’s got goin on.

- What moment made you the happiest?

• When Rose and Bernard reunited early on, I cried. No lie. And I love any moment when Walt comes on the screen, especially seeing him older. I wish he’d come back already. If he has, don’t tell me. I have a few more episodes to catch up on.

- Which characters death hit you the hardest?

• I hated seeing Boone and Libby die. Boone is freakin hot (thank God for Vampire Diaries) and anytime Hurley is upset, a part of me dies. And I know it wasnt really a “death” but when Sun thought Jin died… hellllooooo waterworks.

- What has been your favorite part of the entire experience of the show?

• When I watch Lost, I transport to an entirely new world. I’m looking into forming an “Island” search party. I’m totally ready to move in.

- What would be the perfect way for the show to end in your opinion?

I refuse to even attempt at writing an ending. No way can my puny little brain figure something out that’ll be cool enough.
