Our friend Richard Alpert Nestor Carbonell is back on television in Ringer, which airs Tuesday nights at 9/8c on The CW. The show marks the return to television for another iconic character, as Buffy Summers Sarah Michelle Gellar plays the lead.
Synopsis, from IMDb: A young woman on the run from the mob poses as her wealthy twin sister to try and evade them, but soon discovers that her sister has a price on her head as well.
I thought the pilot was a pretty good set-up, for a serialized thriller show, and I’ll watch at least the new few episodes to see where it goes.

This is impressive.
After a year and a half of design and redesign, illustrating over 16 square feet worth of artwork, extensively customizing Dida Displays parts and creating/sourcing numerous props I’m officially unveiling my custom-built Lost Mego Swan Station Playset. When packed up as a carrying case it weighs 20 pounds, and when unfolded and assembled it measures 45x30 and 20 inches tall at the top of the backdrop.

- Here’s a Hawaii Five-0 clip featuring Terry O’Quinn coming to the rescue.
- Jeff Fahey will guest star on Chuck this season. He will play Karl Sneijder, the president and CEO of diamond giant Natal Jewelers. Although he’s been under CIA scrutiny in the past for alleged criminal activity, nothing has ever stuck. He comes to Chuck and Sarah’s spy shingle Carmichael Industries for help when his innocent little brother, Wesley, is kidnapped.
- Alan Dale has been cast in LOST producers Eddy Kitsis & Adam Horowitz’s upcoming ABC series, Once Upon a Time. Dale will be playing Prince Charming’s father.
- Dale has also been cast in David Fincher’s upcoming film, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, as “a career detective on the verge of retirement.”
- Damon Lindelof wrote a love letter to Raiders of the Lost Ark. (I, for one, think “I remember with great clarity the last time I peed my pants” is a wonderful way to begin an article.)
